Job Description
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, tailored to their unique learning styles, abilities, and challenges Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to address the diverse needs of students and provide the necessary accommodations and support for academic success Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, technologies, and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experiences Monitor student progress through ongoing assessment and adjust instruction as needed to promote growth, development, and achievement
Education And Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field Arizona teaching certification in Special Education Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
