Job Description
Develop and implement personalized education plans for students with special needs, tailored to their individual strengths, abilities, and challenges Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to address the diverse needs of students and provide the necessary accommodations and support for academic success Utilize effective teaching strategies, innovative technologies, and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experiences Regularly assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed to promote growth, development, and achievement
Education And Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field Arizona teaching certification in Special Education Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
