Job Description
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care delivery. Implement and enforce healthcare policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment. Assist in the development and implementation of staff training programs. Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Education And Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
