Job Description
Provide expert nursing care for patients presenting to the emergency department with a wide range of medical conditions and trauma injuries. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Perform assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Demonstrate proficiency in emergency procedures and crisis management.
Requirements
Current RN license in the state of New Mexico. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
