Connected Health Care, in partnership with our esteemed client, is seeking a skilled Echo Tech to join their team just outside the vibrant city of Portland, Oregon. If you're passionate about cardiac sonography and ready for a fulfilling career move, this opportunity is for you!
Job Description
As an Echo Tech, you will play a vital role in the assessment and diagnosis of cardiac conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnostic Imaging: Performing echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms. Analysis: Accurately interpreting images and providing preliminary reports. Patient Care: Ensuring patient comfort, safety, and understanding throughout procedures. Equipment Maintenance: Conducting routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Collaboration: Collaborating with physicians to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Qualifications
Certification: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification. Education: Completion of an accredited cardiovascular technology program. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Echo Tech. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating echocardiography equipment and related software. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
