Job Description
Perform various laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently. Analyze samples, interpret results, and ensure accuracy of testing. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning. Adhere to quality control standards and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and contribute to patient care.
Education And Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field. Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) required. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Louisiana.
