Job Description
Job Title: Full Time Physical Therapist
Location: Buena Vista, CO
Pay Scale: $75,500 - $112,000 per year (Depending on Experience)
Job Description
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and medical history. Conduct therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and functional abilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care. Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercises, self-management strategies, and injury prevention techniques.
Education And Certification Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Colorado. CPR certification. Additional certifications or specialized training in areas such as orthopedics, neurology, or geriatrics are preferred.
