Job Description
Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Education And Certification Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Kentucky. Current BLS certification.
