Job Description
Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families
Requirements
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
