Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the medical-surgical setting Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and post-discharge care
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
