Job Description
Provide care and support to expectant mothers throughout the labor and delivery process Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during childbirth Assist physicians during procedures such as cesarean sections and episiotomies Educate new mothers on postpartum care and newborn care techniques Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Education And Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico Certification in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
