Job Description
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including scheduling, workload management, and performance feedback. Oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that nursing staff provide compassionate, safe, and effective care. Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans and ensure continuity of care.
Education And Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred. Current RN license in the state of Virginia. Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with previous management or leadership experience preferred.
