Job Description
Position: Travel Physical Therapist Location: San Jose, CA Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 8 hours/day, 40hrs/week Start Date: April 8th, 2024
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy to patients and educate them on proper exercise techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.
Education And Certification Requirements
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Current California state licensure as a Physical Therapist. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
