Job Description
Provide high-quality care to patients in a med/surg setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patient records. Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans. Participate in continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
Valid RN license in the state of California. Minimum 1 years of Med/Surg nursing experience and 1 year of ER experience Will need to float to ED if needed. BLS and ACLS certification. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings.
