Job Description
Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality therapy services to patients. Implement therapeutic exercises and activities based on treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy interventions. Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment for optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program. Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the respective state(s) of practice. CPR certification. Prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
