Job Description
Connected Health Care has an immediate opening for a Travel Nurse near Shakopee, MN. The Travel Nurse position has a contract rate of $50.00 per hour.
As a Travel Nurse, you will function under the direction of the Physician, Clinical Lead and/DON of the Nursing home.

Recognising patients' needs and symptoms in advance and providing care for the patient while following guidelines set by the state of MNPreparing patients for exams, assisting during treatments, coordinating tests and follow-up care and recording treatment in medical recordsHelping with resident/family education and demonstrating competency and skills to serve geriatric populationsPerforming other duties as necessary
To apply, you will need 1 year of experience as an LPN/RN. You will also require the following:
Initiative and the ability to function independently and collaborativelyTo accept and recognize differences among peopleExcellent communication skillsLicensure and Certifications - Current State Nursing or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licenseBLS (Preferred)
