We are actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for a fast-growing organization located in the Stockton area! In this role, you’ll lead HR initiatives, act as an employee champion, and drive positive change. Core duties and responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end recruiting activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience and fostering relationships with recruitment sources.Conduct onboarding for all new hires and oversee performance review processes, including job documentation and evaluation systems.Coordinate talent management programs, including performance reviews, improvement initiatives, and compensation cycles.Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and agency policies, overseeing human resource compliance procedures.Administer benefit programs, including new hire and annual enrollments, and liaise with insurance carriers.Maintain HRIS modules in PayCom for digital HR recordkeeping.
Required skills and qualifications:Bachelor's or AA degree preferred.7+ years of HR experience, including employee relations.Proficient in MS Office Suite. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Prior recruiting experience is highly desirable, preferably in a skilled labor or manufacturing industry.Ability to provide leadership, work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a proactive and professional manner.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:The annual salary range for this position is between $130K and $150K, depending on experience.
