What you will be doing

Review client contracts for accuracy and completeness Participate in pre-construction meetings with estimating and field operations Monitor project progress/schedule to ensure compliance with contract schedule Create, in conjunction with the Project Supervision, a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project Prepare monthly project cost forecasts Submit pricing for changes in the work scope and make necessary budget revisions to account for changes. Oversee all fiscal aspects of the project Ensure timely and accurate project close-out Interface with other departments (Design, Purchasing, Fabrication) to maintain clear communication and ensure proper flow of information and correspondence

What you need for this position

5+ years experience in commercial construction Mechanical experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, and in the use of scheduling and construction software, i.e., MS Project, Plan Grid, Bluebeam, etc. Understanding of Florida Mechanical and Plumbing Codes, as well as area standards/regulations preferred
