General Manager

CH Projects is looking for an excellent operator to oversee the opening of a restaurant in North Park.

This is a rare opportunity to work amongst the finest in our city and a truly special group of people who live and breathe this work together as friends.

This is a complex role that will play a crucial role in building a team from the ground up. We need a leader that can guide a 60 person crew into service with intelligence and humanity. Through the good days where everything is in sync, as well as the soul-crushing nights where you can’t seem to get out of the weeds. A leader who understands that the only way through is to take care of each other and our guests.

We’re fortunate enough to have cultivated strong community support and are honored by the hundreds of guests we serve daily throughout all of our establishments. However, with that support comes many challenges to overcome; this role requires a base level of technical prowess and operational sophistication that few in our fine city possess. You must be comfortable being a multi-disciplinary thinker and doer and be enough of a numbers person to keep the finances upright. (It’s a lot we know.)
