We are seeking a highly skilled Data Systems Engineer to join my clients growing team. This role involves building and maintaining advanced data systems, processing data in line with company goals, and supporting business intelligence needs across various divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Data System Development (20%) - Construct systems and infrastructures that efficiently collect and process data as per organizational objectives.Data Management (20%) - Utilize existing data infrastructure for data-related requests including data housekeeping, cleansing, and implementing data model changes.Infrastructure Scaling (15%) - Develop and expand infrastructure to manage data ingestion, processing, and extraction.Data Extraction (10%) - Perform and support data pulls from AX & D365 ERP and other identified sources.Pipeline Management (10%) - Monitor and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines critical for ETL processes.Reporting and Analytics (10%) - Convert collected data into actionable reports and dashboards, addressing business needs.Troubleshooting and Problem Solving (10%) - Address system issues, recommend and implement effective solutions.Best Practices and Collaboration (5%) - Collaborate with divisions and the Data Architect to establish best practices for data insights and report performance.
Role Specific Requirements
Experience on data projects and advanced reporting tools (SQL, Azure, PowerBI, is required. Extensive knowledge of Azure & Azure BI. Expertise in Power BI, DAX & Power Automate solutions. Expertise in data ETL process and performance optimization of data warehouseExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO or Dynamics AX a big plus.Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder
