We are seeking a Director of Wind Development to help navigate the project development phase for utility scale wind energy projects!!
Summary
Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a leadership role, working closely to advise management in near and long-term portfolio strategy and drive project execution.
Key Responsibilities Include:Direct development efforts of Wind projects from acquisition through to NTPResponsible for management and maintenance of development budgets and task schedulesManage a small team of Sr./Jr.-level Project Developers assigned to portfolio wind projectsProvide guidance and effectively collaborate with Business Development team Ability to effectively present project plans and progress updates to management team and project partners.Other duties as required
Essential Skills/Experience:BS degree or higher8+ years of experience developing Wind Energy projects through the entire development cycle, from project creation through to NTP Strong team management skills, proven ability to lead a small team of developers.Extensive experience with local, state and national permittingAbility to travel 20-40% to sites, dependent on project
