Inventory Control Specialist
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Responsibilities ‐ The Warehouse And Inventory Assistant Will
Perform scheduled cycle counts on a daily basis.Research and report off counts and damaged goods to department leadership.Perform counts of high value carts in direct sales fulfilment as directed.Assist the inventory control team with RMA’s.Load/unload trucks using a pallet jack.Verify contents and quantities of shipments.Assist the Warehouse Specialist to keep the warehouse tidy, organized and efficient.
Skills Needed
Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast paced environment.Ability to meet strict deadlines.Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for up to eight hours a day.Ability to express ideas in a clear and concise manner.Strong organizing and problem solving skills.Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures is a must.Experience with WMOS preferred.
Requirements
At least two years of experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse environment.Must possess good math, written and verbal communication skills.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications, and an aptitude to learn new applications quickly.
