📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Expectations
Work closely with the Shipping Supervisor and Warehouse/Shipping Manager to maintain shipping productivity and quality.Troubleshoot printer issues and shipping errors, escalating when necessary.Help to train new hires and current shipping representatives.Maintain minimum standards in his/her own productivity while helping others to do the same.Other duties as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor or Warehouse/Shipping Manager.
Skills Needed
Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast paced environment.Good communication skills.Proficient in all shipping policies and procedures.Knowledge of all software used in shipping and an ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
Requirements
At least one year of experience in a shipping or order fulfillment environment.Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.Strong knowledge of Lead Management, Dazzle and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs and skills.
Pre-employment Background Check And Drug Screen Is Required.
