Control Systems Specialist (Foxboro)Corpus Christi, TX
Contech Control Services is seeking team-oriented professionals who have hands-on configuration and maintenance knowledge of at least one of the following systems: Foxboro/Honeywell DCS.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:The Lead Control System Specialist performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:Assist on day-to-day in-plant maintenance, troubleshooting and configuration changes.Responsible for specification and selection of Control Systems hardware.Responsible to assist with documentation and drawing changes related to process control.Communicate progress to supervisor.
Requirements:The Control System Specialist requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:BS in Engineering field required.5+ years of hands-on configuration experience using at least one of the following systems: Foxboro/Honeywell DCS,Experience with Honeywell Safety Manager SIS, and Triconex SIS is a plus.Previous plant maintenance experience is a plus.PE License is a plus.Knowledge of Microsoft software products.
Working conditions are as follows:Position Type: Full Time, Full BenefitsStandard Hours: Monday—Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30pmOvertime: Occasionally, paid by hourly rateRange: PermanentTravel: 10% maximumJob Type: Full-time
