Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Title Processor to join our client in Langhorne, PA! The Title Processor plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of title documentation for real estate transactions. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $18-$23/Hour based on experience!

Key Responsibilities:Serve as a liaison between the company and clients, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.Review search materials to identify vesting, requirements, and exceptions to be addressed during the transaction process.Collaborate with external partners to prepare and quality check title commitments for delivery to customers.Prepare Closing Protection Letters (CPL) in adherence to company standards and client specifications.Review tax certifications and Attorney Opinion Letters for accuracy and completeness.Verify correct underwriter and ensure accurate wiring instructions are included in the file.Prepare Conditional Clear to Close (CTC) forms and deliver all required title materials to the client, including Commitment, CPL, Wire, and Tax Certificates.Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal colleagues and external clients.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or issues in documentation.Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service.Self-motivated and able to work independently to complete assignments within established guidelines.Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, internet usage, and Microsoft Outlook.
