Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies, ideally with prior experience in federal or government projects. The successful candidate will serve as a pivotal figure in our project management team, driving successful project outcomes while maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders and ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities:Serve as the day-to-day leader for project team members, coordinating priorities, acting as an escalation point for questions and concerns, and reviewing and approving time worked.Identify, influence, and communicate with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.Act as a liaison between various business departments and groups, relaying important information between Federal leadership and contractors.Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding projects, processes, and operations, including bi-weekly sprint reporting and monthly status reports.Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.Demonstrate resourcefulness and the ability to devise creative solutions to complex problems.Utilize ITIL processes to effectively manage IT operations.Coach teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum) best practices.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally with a focus on federal or government projects.Experience with any of the following: ServiceNow, SharePoint, Salesforce and DrupalStrong proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Experience with ITIL processes for IT operations management.Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP are a plus.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
