Wil-Kil Pest Control is a Wisconsin-based company and Copesan Pest Solutions Partner that services commercial and residential properties in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and Iowa. This is a specialized position that will provide pest management to commercial and residential clients using the latest green and cutting-edge technology in the industry. In this position you will perform bed beg treatments utilizing thermal remediation equipment. This position with great opportunity for professional and career growth.

What is this role about?

Travel to customer locations throughout Wisconsin to perform heat remediation services that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.Responsible for set up, monitoring and break down of heat equipment at client locations.Communicate effectively with customers to explain the value of our program and services and answer any questions that may arise.Become proficient and perform visual bed bug inspections, heat treatments and Pesticide applications when necessary.Document infestation findings and submit timely reports.Maintain heat remediation equipment.

What You Should Bring To Wil-Kil To Be Successful

Being a high school graduate/having a GED and a valid driver’s license are both requirementsYou are self-motivated and have a strong work ethicYou are detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety1-3 years of customer service experienceAvailable for daily travel throughout WIAbility to maneuver and oversee the heating equipmentStrong mechanical /electrical aptitude helpful
