Job Title: Distillery AssociateCompany: Copper Run DistilleryLocation: 14720 Business 13, Branson West, MO, 65737Job Type: Full-timeCompensation: $15 per hour + Sales commission + Tasting Room TipsCopper Run Distillery is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Distillery Associate. As a Distillery Associate, you will play a vital role in various aspects of our operation, including retail sales, tasting room operations, production assistance, and various other duties as needed.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service at the retail counter and in the tasting room.Assist customers with product inquiries, tastings, and purchases.Perform opening and closing duties as per company standards.Contribute to sales goals through effective communication and product knowledge.Assist in distillery production processes as needed.Handle various tasks and projects to support the overall operation of the distillery.Conduct tasting events at locations in the Branson/surrounding areas.Conduct sales calls at locations in the Branson/surrounding areas to add new accounts and maintain existing accounts.Requirements:Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.At least 21 years old.Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and climb ladders.Passion for the distilling industry and willingness to learn.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage with opportunities for sales commission and tips.Comprehensive training provided.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry.Employee discounts on merchandise.If you are enthusiastic about the craft of distilling and enjoy engaging with customers in a vibrant environment, we encourage you to apply.
