Executive ChefSalary: $105,000 - $120,000 + Benefits + PTO + Much More!Location: Weston, Florida
I am working with an exciting and prestigious club that is expanding their team. Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join their culinary team and infuse it with their creativity, passion, and ambition!
Executive Chef Responsibilities:Lead the property’s culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen is operating smoothly and the food quality exceeds customer’s expectationsEnsure the food is prepared, plated, and served efficiently and ensure the highest quality of service is being deliveredCreate and develop menus to reflect the restaurant conceptsRecruit, train and manage kitchen staffEnsure that the kitchen is staffed appropriatelyOversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislationManage cost controls, forecasting and inventory managementReview financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded
Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environmentAbility to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environmentA well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team membersDetail orientated professional with excellent communication, organizational and time-management skillsDegree in Culinary Arts is preferred
