My client is an amazing, rapidly growing entertainment company based in LA with operations all across the US. They’re now looking for a MD that can spearhead their continued growth and oversee all business functions and operations alongside the COO.
Key Responsibilities;To lead the development of the entire business across the US You will have multifunctional P&L accountability within a corporate environment across multiple regions Responsible for managing a team of leaders to ensure all departments are maintaining the same meticulous standards and working to exceed the companies goals and targets Overseeing, managing and ensuring the objectives, programs and plans are fully aligned to the companies development strategyGuiding the management team as they build their annual targets, budgets and forecasts, reviewing their performance and ensuring they are on track
Key Requirements;At least 10 years of leadership experience within the entertainment/ hospitality industryExperience with opening new locationsA proven track record of successful brand developmentVery strong strategic and operational capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to influence a variety of support functions Successful track record of significant and quantifiable growth and profit achievements
