📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Release and Testing Coordinator to manage and oversee all aspects of software release processes and testing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between various teams to ensure smooth and timely software releases, as well as managing the testing phases to maintain high quality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement software release plans in coordination with development teamsOversee all phases of testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testingEnsure that all release and testing activities are aligned with business objectives and project deadlinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and product managementMaintain and update release and testing documentationIdentify and mitigate risks associated with release and testing processesConduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field requiredA minimum of 3 years’ experience in software release management and testing coordination requiredSolid understanding of software development life cycles, particularly Agile methodologiesExcellent organizational, project management, and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityProficiency in various testing methodologies and toolsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teamsCertification in project management or software testing is a plusExperience in a similar role in Window and Door manufacturing preferred
