📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our Bentonville office is growing and we are looking for someone who wants a challenging adventure in a leadership role! Are you an analytical thinker, likes to think outside of the box, and wants to work in a growing company? Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 140 offices in just under 4 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 37 different states (and counting). You will be responsible for hiring and training caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.
Office Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
Responsibilities
Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers. Recruiting: Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director. On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
Pay Type: Salary - $38,000 annually
