CornerStone Professional Placement is currently looking for Tax Filing Managers for a highly respected healthcare industry client offering a 100% remote position. In this role, the Tax Filing Manager will oversee and manage the daily tax filing operations for specific legal entities, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional regulations in tax remittance distributions. Additionally, the role involves cross-department collaboration, analysis of metrics, and mentoring to enhance operational efficiency and elevate client satisfaction levels. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll tax filing, accompanied by 3 years of client and team management experience, and proficiency in utilizing Master Tax.
Requirements for the Tax Filing Manager
High School Diploma or GED (Required)Minimum of 5+ years’ experience of payroll tax fillingMinimum of 3+ years’ experience in Master TaxExperience in people management and client engagementExperience on using ADP Smart Compliance
Compensation for the Tax Filing Manager
6 months contract w/ possible extensionLocation: 100% Remote MUST reside on TX, AZ, FL, IN, NC, GA, KYSchedule: Monday-Friday 40-45 hrs. a week.Pay: $42.50-54/hr.Benefits: Will be offered through CornerStone
