Our recruiting firm is partnering exclusively with a reputable professional services firm in the North Canton area that is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their growing organization.
The CFO plays a pivotal role in overseeing various departments and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives, missions, and values. By reporting directly to the President and Management Committee, the CFO's responsibilities span across the entire spectrum of financial management, from operational tasks, financial reporting, budget analysis and review, internal controls, strategic planning, and compliance and more. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and integrity of the company while providing support and guidance to the Management Committee.
Requirements of the CFO:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accountingCPA certification (preferred not required)Ten years or more of progressive experience including Controller or Chief Financial Officer roles.Hands-on approach, detail-oriented, process analysis and development, efficiency and effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement abilities
