π Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking an HRIS & People Data Administrator for a 6+ month contract assignment located in Charlotte, NC. This role is hybrid, with 60% of time being spent in the office.
Overview:Transactional: Performs transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes in Workday and also in payroll/time and attendance system (Kronos/UKG)Document Management: Delivers digital and physical record and document management services within Workday.HR Reporting: Provides support in HR functional reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through development and maintenance of reports regarding HR metrics.
Technical SkillsIntermediate knowledge applicable systems: Workday, ServiceNOW, UKG Pro and Kronos, etc.Proficiency Excel and PowerBI
Education & Experience4-year degree desired.Must have 2 years of Power BI experience.Must have 2 years of Workday experience.Must have 2 yearsβ experience with time and attendance.Experience in People Data is preferred.Spanish speaker would be a bonus, but not a preference.
Pay Rate: $27.41-$28.32
