Our client, a payment solutions company, is seeking a Junior Technical Analyst for an 8+ month contract role. This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in the EST or CST time zones. *No C2C or Sponsorship*
Position Overview:The Junior Technical Analyst works as part of the Gateway Business Analysis team to provide support for Gateway products and services. The Junior Technical Analyst applies customer service skills to prioritize requests, respond to questions and tickets, conduct training, and create documentation that supports our products and internal processes. As part of the Business Analysis team, this position plays an important role in improving the internal and external customer experience by providing guidance to help users set up and use our products and services.
Position Description:Deliver high quality customer service to various internal groups, including: Product, Operations, Support and CertificationResearch, analyze, organize, and respond to questions and ticket escalationsPrioritize support requestsConduct training for internal support teamsCreate internal training documentationAdapt to changing business needs and changing industry practicesStay up to date on new features and functionalityEffectively manage small to medium projectsPursue job/career-related learning outside of the scope of assigned tasks, for example, classes, readingAll other duties as assigned
Essential Criteria:Degree in related field, or equivalent industry experienceExperience in Quality Assurance Testing in SQL database queriesFluent in EnglishStrong communication skills, both written and oralStrong analytical skillsHigh level of writing proficiencyAbility to analyze and organize complex materialAdapt easily to new technologies, methodologies, and techniques; advocates for change when necessaryStrong ability to successfully manage concurrent deliverables on time and with quality within fast-paced environment and under deadlinesExperience reading and understanding detailed documentation for APIsProficient with XML, SOAP, and/or REST API calls
Desirable Criteria:Experience in a software development or payment industry environmentExperience with QA or Certification
Pay Rate $31.57-$33.57/hour
