Job Description
Quality Assurance Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program.Indirectly lead a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure compliance with established standards.Ensure projects adhere to QSR Design Controls requirements and PDP stages
Program Development
Design, implement, and manage quality programs to meet organizational goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality initiatives into various business processes. Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.Work closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance product/service quality. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Utilize data-driven insights to assess and report on the effectiveness of quality programs. - Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve overall quality metrics. Audits and Compliance: - Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed. Training and Development: - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness. Risk Management: - Identify potential risks to quality and work proactively to mitigate them. - Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard product/service quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on program development and implementation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
