Your role

Based in our headquarters in Miami, Florida (US) and reporting to the VP Global Merchandise Planning, you profitably manage Fashion and Basic Product Lifecycles from initial order to final liquidation.

You will be the individual responsible for executing the following responsibilities:

o Manage supply and demand planning to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives through just-in-time inventory planning.o Develop analytics and define key product performance indicators/benchmarks which optimize profitability and align with Company objectives and Brand goals.o Measure product performance against these goals, determine level of success and make recommendations that fit within the open-to-buy purchasing plan.o Lead quarterly/seasonal analysis of product sales to determine lifecycle state of product.o Spearhead creation of standardized global reporting to better manage business.o Responsible for the management of all basic and fashion products, including forecasting, production planning, inventory management, performance analysis, assortment adjustments and support in future collection grid.o In charge of weekly sales reportingo Manage end of product lifecycle, including reduction of excess inventory via off-price venues while maintaining brand integrity.o Develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships across multiple divisions within company such as Design, Finance, Sales, D2C, Marketing, Warehouse, Customer Experience/Service teams.o Define, develop, and implement improvements in systems and processes to continually advance the operations of the department internally and across departments.o Support the management team in key projects and perform other ad hoc job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned periodically.

What is important to us:o 4-year degree in Business Administration/Finance or related field. Master’s degree a plus.o Minimum 5+ years of Planning experience in a retail or wholesale environment.o Strong computer skills and advanced aptitude in Microsoft Excel is a must.o Proficient in retail math, strategic forecasting, and financial planning.o Able to present complex material in an organized, succinct, and compelling manner.o Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, able to juggle multiple priorities, collaborate across multiple divisions.o Strong team player with ability to work independently, meet deadlines, set priorities, and flexibility to changing situations quickly.o Partner across multiple levels and functions within the company to achieve results.
