Summary
This intern will manage and supervise administrative, technical, and financial aspects of assigned projects from project award to completion.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Support the creation, submission, and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, Shipping, Accounting, Payroll, and Installation to help plan the scheduling of resources and priorities. Assist in managing domestic and international logistics and coordination, including site labor, scaffolding, equipment, and shipping. Assist in managing domestic and international installation schedules and assignment of installation crews/supervisors. Support the team and management with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience
Junior or Senior at the start of the program. Available to work in the Chadds Ford, PA Office. Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Interest in immersive technology and content.
The hourly pay for this position is $16.90/hr.
