Cosmic Pro is a fundraising and marketing firm in Houston, TX working with world class nonprofits and helping them acquire and retain donors
Responsibilities· Report marketing activity· Be a representative of the Non-Profit brand· Contribute to and coordinate marketing campaigns· Set up fundraising events around Houston· Be present at events and establish connections with potential donors· Increase donor base with a focus on retaining those donors· Contribute to a positive work environment· Participate in Management Training and workshops· Accountability, positive attitude, resilience, curiosity, fearlessness, creativity, drive, and confidence· Contribute creative ideas for new fundraising opportunities· Carries out additional assignments required to fulfill the mission of non-profits Qualifications· Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience· Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills· Passion for excellence· Customer/client focus· Friendly and outgoing personality· Organizational and time management skills· Entrepreneurial Mindset· Outstanding customer service skills Top performers will be trained to take on a managerial role We are looking to fill our positions immediately.
