Requirements for the Maintenance Manager include
Bachelor’s degree required, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred Al least 7 years of experience in a large scale manufacturing environment with proven knowledge of process manufacturing equipment 3+ years of supervisory experience Understanding of PLC hardware and Ladder Logic programming Expert in NEC and NFPA 70E standards and regulations Process Safety Management experience a bonus Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
