Software Production Support Analyst
Join an expanding team in Troy, NY as a Software Production Support Analyst! CPS Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic healthcare software company experiencing rapid growth and seeking a talented individual to fill this newly created role. This is a Monday-Friday onsite position.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, DOE.

Key Responsibilities:As a Software Production Support Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues. You'll collaborate closely with both business and IT teams to ensure seamless software performance. Your responsibilities will include
Responding to and identifying Level-2 application-related issuesTriaging, escalating, and tracking issues for resolutionConducting QA testing of bug fixes before deploymentMaintaining customer configurations and implementing updatesDocumenting and resolving issues reported by customersCollaborating with product management for a seamless user experience
We're looking for candidates with:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsIntermediate MySQL skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to understand business processes and application dataSelf-motivation, organization, and eagerness to learn
Minimum Requirements:1-3+ years of applicable IT support experience or technical degree in IT or related fieldExcellent communication, organization, coordination, and follow-up skillsAbility to maintain strict confidentiality
