📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Comp: Up to $130K dependent upon experience
Responsible for assisting Producers in maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients. Manages, directs, and monitors Account Representative activities to ensure the retention of quality business and superior customer service.
ResponsibilitiesDevelops, maintains, and strengthens strong working relationships with clients, underwriters, and carrier representatives.Fields and responds promptly to inquiries from client, carriers, Producers, attorneys, and accountantsAssumes ownership of customer concerns and feedback until the resolution is successfully accomplishedAttends pre‐renewal meetings and discusses renewal exposures and strategy with clientsManages all new & renewal activities from start through closeProvides technical support to Producers to benefit clients and to reach agency’s strategic business goalsPrepares proposals, application, and other necessary policy records in coordination with ProducersPrepares summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals needed for account reviewReviews quotes and policies; verifies accuracy and facilitates corrections, as needed between client and carrierBinds coverage within company guidelines, and updates systemConducts pre‐audit analysis and meets with client and carrier personnel at audits and inspections
Required SkillsMinimum 3 years in the P&C industryP&C license requiredBA or BS or relevant industry experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work collaboratively
