Job Summary
As a Leasing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leasing team and facilitating the rental process for residential or commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include assisting with marketing efforts, conducting property tours, processing lease applications, and providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants.
Job Responsibilities: Engage with prospects, gather requirements, and provide personalized property tours Maintain accurate records of all interactions and promptly follow up with prospects Ensure apartments are market-ready and communicate any service needs to the Property Manager Guide prospects through the application process and adhere to Fair Housing requirements Assist in lease processing and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed Monitor lease renewals and support resident retention efforts Uphold professional standards and represent the company in a positive manner Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Leasing Agent Proficiency in MS Office, Yardi, and relevant databases/software Customer-focused with a strong orientation towards bottom-line results Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication and presentation abilities Well-organized with exceptional time management skills Bilingual proficiency is advantageous Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and motivated to excel About the Company:
