Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Director to lead the operational activities of a non-emergency medical transportation company (NEMT). As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations to ensure the highest level of safety, service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing performance, and maintaining regulatory compliance within the company.

Proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership role within the transportation, logistics, or healthcare industry. Knowledge of non-emergency medical transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices preferred. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated experience in process improvement, quality management, and data-driven decision-making. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
