📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Highly regarded, mid-size litigation firm seeks an associate with 1-7 years’ civil litigation experience and exceptional writing skills. We have a diverse and engaging civil litigation defense practice that includes commercial litigation, medical and professional malpractice, product liability, commercial transportation, premises liability, insurance coverage and appeals. The associate will draft pleadings, prepare motions, cover matters in court, take depositions and assist with trial preparation. Salary range is $85,000 to $150,000. Portable business is a plus.
