About the RoleOk—let’s talk about the role. You’ll be a critical part of our team and extension of our clients’ brand. We’re looking for an ambitious, curious, and accountable Video Editor (Contract) to join our Creative team. We’re looking for creative storytelling experience, a deep understanding of social platforms, a passion for culture, and great interpersonal skills. A sense of humor helps, too!
What you’ll be doing…Partnering with the wider Creative team and your Account Strategist to ideate on engaging content concepts for clientsTaking ideas from concept to video content people want to comment onTransforming raw client assets (e.g. podcast clips, webinars, etc.) into scroll-stopping social videosAdvocating for and assist in the improvement of the creative workflow and processesParticipating in relevant client & internal meetingsLearning about client industries, including Martech, Fintech, Ecommerce, and the broader B2B industryQualifications & skills3+ years of experience creating social videos, with a strong portfolio to prove itStrong verbal and written communication, collaboration and organizational skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and execute on a deadlineWillingness to seek out and provide candid feedbackExperience working at an agency or in-house at a B2B company (preferred)
