The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Analytics Specialist to assist their team.

This role will be hybrid/onsite, three days a week. The team is in San Francisco and the office is public transportation accessible via company shuttle.

Deep-dive into analytics: Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various marketing dashboards to monitor funnel health and identify trends within our inbound and outbound programs.Translate data into stories: Clearly communicate data-driven findings to stakeholders across Marketing and Sales, offering recommendations to enhance campaigns and achieve better results.Collaborate for impact: Work cross-functionally with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to optimize lead follow-up and maximize program results.Champion continuous improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to refine analytics methodology, reporting structure, and overall marketing efficiency.

Ideal Qualifications for Analytics Specialist

Education: 4 year college or university degree or relevant work experience.Proven expertise in funnel analytics: Demonstrable experience understanding key marketing metrics across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages.Dashboard fluency: Comfort navigating multiple marketing analytics platforms to gather and interpret data.Excellent communication skills: Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences.Adaptability: Adept at handling shifting priorities and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.SQL proficiency: The ability to query and manipulate data directly gives you extra superpowers.Demand generation knowledge: Familiarity with demand generation best practices is a major plus.
