📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our nonprofit client is looking for a remote Communications Manager with with Marine/Ocean conversation experience to join their team working 35 hours per week, remote, for about 12 months.
The Communications Manager will develop and implement communications strategies to support global ocean conservation efforts. Candidates must have strong strategic communications experience and a background in supporting communications efforts for ocean conservancy.
Communications Manager Responsibilities
Develop and implement communications plan to support conservation communications strategies. Elevate communication across global media outlets. Support communication efforts at key events and meetings. Serve as team leader on communications initiatives.
Communications Manager Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional communications experience. Experience in Marine/Ocean a MUST. - Exceptional writing and communications skills; proven experience creating communications strategies.
