📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our social-focused fashion client is seeking a Director of Social Media! This role is in Downtown Los Angeles. Core hours are between 10am - 4pm and other hours / location outside of core hours may flex.
Relocation offered for out of area candidates based on location

You have in-depth TikTok Experience You have experience with consumer global brands / working globally You have lead a team of 5+ team members
WHAT YOU'LL DO / WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Lead a team of 9 organic social team members Source new social platforms and foster new innovative ideas Ensure timely response to comments across all social media accounts for better engagement Work closely with Brand / PR team to address any crisis community management Continue to grow TikTok and Instagram followers Partner with influencer agencies on various campaigns Develop strategies to acquire new customer demographics (Millennials and Gen Z) Create and manage US social media budget 7+ years of consumer brand experience / relevant agency experience Personal rolodex of influencer talent and an eye for upcoming talent Proven track record of building small accounts from the thousands to the millions 3-4 years' of management / supervisory experience with large teams
